This product feels solid.
The case fits snug, and feels very protective of the device.
The handle attached via those spandex-y connections, and is pretty awesome.

Issues:
Keeping the cover open without holding it open is weird.
It definitely feels like a clever hack, not a thought out mechanism.
You have to get a spandex-y string, that's attached to the inside of the front cover, that spans the case vertically.
Then you get this string, then you pull it around your Nexus 7, which is fitting snugly into the holding compartment.
At this point, a minor detail, but now the string has twists in it, so you (or at least, I) have to untwist them so it looks better.
Now you have a piece of string covering a small portion of your Nexus 7.
So, cleverly, you have to, using the leverage of the corner holders, hook the string on the front cover latch (which at this point is behind the Nexus 7), forming this zig-zag pattern with the string.

It's not necessarily hard, just something you don't want to do a lot, and maybe that's a design intention.

Another issue is that going from the fully-attached device to the horizontal multi-angle stand is annoying.
To do this, you have to detach the Nexus from the 2 corners that leverage your device towards the outside 4 device-holding-things, to take advantage of the folding rear cover and to hitch your device into one of the two angle-providing slots.
The case fits the Nexus pretty well, and having to take off the two corner holders is not easy (and it shouldn't be), and I'm not sure if it will wear down the corner of my Nexus 7 or decrease the rigidity of the corners themselves.

PROS: the case is very small and light
smells like a new pair of shoes
Adds much protection
doesnt muffle speaker sound much, despite the sound holes being small
multiple angles work very nicely
the hand strap is useful
the elastic strap holds the case closed very well
despite how it looks, the device is held in the case VERY securely.

CONS: in fact, its held in SO securely, that its hard to get out. to use the stand, you have to pop the bottom two corners out of the case, but it is held in so tight that this is difficult to do. after a few times testing its functionality, the screen of my nexus 7 began to come out of the case of the device, as it was pulling the two apart. this is very disappointing and makes me fear the long term affects this may have on my device. there is a remedy to this by taking the device out corner by corner, but this also seems to stretch the device in undesirable ways and take quite some time. I do hope MOKO will fix this issue, but i seem to be the only one so far who has this problem, or at least noticed it.

Also, the grey cloth that coats the inside looks like it was put on very lazily and with low quality.

I have bought many items from Amazon and have decided to review items I was either disappointed or thrilled with.

I decided I wanted a case for taking my Nexus 7 (2013) on trips, out of the house, or to pack in my backpack. Otherwise the naked, bare, unencumbered Nexus is a thing of beauty and wonderful to hold. If you are using the new Nexus 7 you are probably as thrilled as I am with this awesome device.

Ah yes the case. I ordered the case on a Sunday night. I took the free delivery since I ordered another item. Both items arrived at my door Wednesday. That is two days travel and a day to deliver. You can't beat that with a stick. As usual the box was well packed and padded. It arrived in a plasticine envelope with silica and a foam "form keeper" inside the case to, what else, to keep it in form. No directions were present as I have seen in some Youtube unboxings (not that you need them.)

The Nexus 7 2013 easily slips inside the clips and is gently, but firmly held in the case. The faux leather is well done. It looks and feels like leather. I am sure it will not develop that patina leather gets or last like leather, but it looks good out of the box. Stitching was even, no glue spots, no rough areas, and I was quite impressed with the quality of this Chinese case.

There are cut outs for the camera, the micro USB port, the phono plug, the on/off and volume toggles and the speakers. They are all precise and extremely well done. The on off switch is even easier to use because all one need do is run a finger up the side of the device and it stops almost right over the switch. But the magnet in the cover will turn your device on whenever you open it and close it down when you shut it saving battery life.

Received the case just today, and I must say the fit and overall quality of the thing is extremely underwhelming, even for the low price. Now I don't want to write a bash review just because I'm dissatisfied, so I'll elaborate:

I had this case for my original Nexus 7 and it was phenomenal. As soon as I got my 2nd gen I knew I needed to order the same product for the new model, because it was so perfect.

But the new one leaves much to be desired. The fit, being the most immediate concern. The cover flap isn't fitted properly, so when the case is closed it's crooked on the device. You might think, well that's not a huge deal, but this leads to the auto-unlock feature only working half the time. On top of this, the speaker abilities are reduced immensely, as the back of the case features only a few holes to allow the sound to escape. Then there's the issue where the front/top of the case doesn't sit flush to the screen, so it just feels flimsy.

Originally I purchased the Asus case, which was my first disappointment. And while I thought this would be my go-to case for my lovely new Nexus 7, sadly, it'll sit on the shelf unused. The only real benefit it has is the strap on the back, which is useful for reading.

In any case, I'm sure there are plenty of consumers who would be happy with this case, especially when considering the price, but for someone who really values their mobile device and uses it on a daily basis, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. At the moment, the Poetic Slimbook looks very promising.
