I have gone through three or so cases between my iPad 3 and my first generation and I have to say that THIS is the last case I will have to buy. I can't believe the fit and the sleep magnets worked right out of the box! I especially like it because it leaves the entire front surface of the iPad unobstructed instead of the edge being covered by the "frame" of the other cases I've tried. There are three landscape angles, but you have to pop the tablet out of the bottom which is NOT a problem for me.
(There is a sort of chemical smell when you first take it out of the packaging, but it goes away after a while.)
I was very impressed with their customer relations as I received a follow-up email shortly after the case arrived.
I would totally recommend this case to anyone looking for value, protection and the convenience of the sleep function.

Sturdy, made well, looks good, fits well.
All the access points line up for my iPad 3.
The auto wake/sleep feature works.
The elastic hand grip is a nice secure feature.

Let me start by saying that I have given this product five stars based on my expectations but I would give it four based on what I can imagine to be a "perfect" case for a New iPad.
Let me take you on my quest with me, I need to divulge that I am a research hound and often suffer from "analysis paralysis" before making a purchase. I search websites, read reviews, comparison shop, actually go to stores and pick up and handle products for myself, ask people I trust for suggestions, etc., etc. until I narrow down my search to a few items... and then I start all over again more often then not just to make sure I am making the best choice. Honestly the journey is part of the fun.
Searching for the "perfect" case for my new New iPad was no different, may have even been worse due to the fact that this site alone offers something like elevendy-billion choices. I knew what I wanted: I needed a case that looked very professional and of high quality, it had to completely protect the iPad, needed to be very functional, had to be light weight, auto wake/sleep activation would be great too. I quickly found what I didn't like such as cases that held the iPad in with little bungee straps over the corners, cases with little picture frame like holding systems, snaps, tabs, or snap on backs or fronts. After I weeded those out the search was simplified and, after reading hundreds of reviews on this site and others, I narrowed my choices down to a mere four.
One was very expensive and out of stock (I honestly think I will still purchase this one once it is in stock since it seems very simple, elegant, and the cover magnetized open as well as shut), two just seemed like less expensive and lesser quality versions of the out of stock case I mentioned, and then this case by Moko.... I've used MOKO case in the past for iPad and been very happy.....but didn't take the time to review..This case Deserves every one of the five stars I am giving..Fit is PERFECT and it feels very high quality in your hand.. The sleep/wake function works great.
What sets it apart is the extra attention to detail. For instance, the little elastic strap allows you to secure the cover around the back when reading a book. The back folds over flat and there is no flopping around.
The additional band for slipping your hand into allows you to use it securely without fear of dropping it..
Also, the latch that secures the case close, serves as a very solid "ledge" when in the landscape mode. You can type as hard as you wish and the screen remains secure, unlike some cases that pop out of the grooves if you push on the screen too hard..
There are a number of cases that look the same, but this is the one to get!

Case weighs 6.1 oz, the iPad mini (wifi) weighs 10.7 oz bare. Total weight pushes the device to just over 1lb (16.8oz).
There are several very similar cases on Amazon right now. I settled on this one for the price, the placement of the case around the speaker holes (some of the other cases cover the holes), and the loop for a stylus (I happen to have one, although it sucks).
The quality is pretty good. The faux leather feels quite nice. It's not overly shiny or plasticky either. The case protects the corners and the screen cover portion is well-padded. The indented ribs for the multi-position angles are deep enough that the iPad does not slip out of them. The last position where it rests against the edge clip does not position the iPad in a very good typing position; it's still a bit too steep.
The case folds completely in half for reading like a book. The hand strap is surprisingly useful for this purpose. You don't even have to hold the ipad once your hand is inserted, as the tension of the strap will hold it in place. The bungee strap to hold the cover folded also works well enough, although I can foresee the elastic stretching out at some point.
Closing the cover takes a little effort as the middle clip needs to push over the edge of the ipad to lock. Opening is also a [minor] two handed affair.
Not the lightest case, but quite functional and looks good, too. For the price, I haven't found anything else even close.
Also, Sleep function DOES work. You just have to insert the ipad in the correct direction, with the Home button to the right. My case was all black with black stitching, unlike the one's in the user pics. Mine also only has one camera hole in the correct place.

Did not shut off my ipad when cover was closed.
There was not enough magnetism in cover to activate the shut-off of the ipad2, even when you pressed the cover down against the glass.
