John Groe is employed by Nokia, Inc. in San Diego, California, where he develops advanced radio architectures for CDMA technology. He received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Lawrence Larson is a Professor at the University of California at San Diego, where he holds the Communications Industry Chair. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and his M. Eng. from Cornell University.
