Good Product But -- Installation Is Not Clear
Bought this for my new Sony Ericsson Z520a (Cingular). The installation cd does not recognize this cell phone. Refers you to the Mobile Action website. Once there, and after the download, the software would not connect the cable to the cell phone. Then noticed, in very fine print, the website tells you to go a different download site for North American cell phone...

BEWARE...READ THIS MESSAGE
This handset manager is marked incorrectly. The item is actually Handset Manager 8920c which does not support the Sony Ericsson models K750i, w800, w810i, w600i, z520a. I spoke with a representative from Amazon who said the glitch will be fixed in the near future. Amazon DOES NOT carry the Handset manager 8920

Bought this for my new Sony Ericsson Z520a (Cingular). The installation cd does not recognize this cell phone. Refers you to the Mobile Action website. Once there, and after the download, the software would not connect the cable to the cell phone. Then noticed, in very fine print, the website tells you to go a different download site for North American cell phone users. At this website, you can download for the Z520a cell phone. Further, there are no instructions on which side of the cable connection should face up when inserted into the cell phone. You can insert either way, but only one way works. Other than these issues, the product works fine.
