Turning Point, November 12, 2004
This review is from: Mobile Suit Gundam Seed - Momentary Silence (Vol. 6) (DVD)
The title of Phase 29 is quite apt, as the final two episodes on this disc mark a major turning point in the series, and their dramatic events more than make up for the disappointing recap episode at the beginning of the disk.
While the Archangel has taken temporary refuse in neutral Orb, and Cagalli's father Lord Uzumi Athha announces that the ship has left Orb territory, Athrun knows better, and infiltrates Orb's military base in an attempt to locate the Earth Alliance ship, leading to his first face to face meeting with Kira since their arrival on Earth. Once the Archangel leaves Orb territory, the battle with the stolen Gundams is renewed. But this time, not all of the young soldiers will leave the battlefield alive.

Great Episodes, November 30, 2004
This review is from: Mobile Suit Gundam Seed - Momentary Silence (Vol. 6) (DVD)
Normally, a clip-based episode like episode 26 would knock a star or two off a DVD, but not in this case. Episodes 29 and 30 are two of the best episodes yet and are full of action, drama, suspense, and suprise. I highly recommend this DVD just for those two episodes alone if nothing else.

The Volume Based on Emotions, February 21, 2006
This review is from: Mobile Suit Gundam Seed - Momentary Silence (Vol. 6) (DVD)
This volume of the Gundam Seed set is really somewhat boring in the first episode, but don't be fooled because the tension quickly rises between the Earth and ZAFT forces. Episodes 27 and 28 build up to the fight in episodes 29 and 30. The last two episodes of this volume are quite possibly two of the most emotional episodes I have ever seen in any anime series. All of the young pilots go into battle again and the onslaught of emotions causes the loss of several main characters. This volume really shows the down-side of war and is a masterpiece in capturing the hearts of the audience.
