5.0 out of 5 stars Wireless Telco without the sales pitch, December 12, 2002

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Mobile Telecommunications Protocols for Data Networks (Hardcover)
A well written book that actually describes a wide variety of wireless technologies without hiding behind overly complex explainations, formulas, and archane diagrams. G3 wireless telephony was actually explained in detail, without resorting to quoting marketing droids and droning on and on about how it will change our lives. This book actually talks about what the technology is and then explains it in a version of english I can actually understand....instead of marketspeak..
