I use mapquest online frequently so i though it would be nice to have a program on my palm TX that didn't require internet connection. Product came with just DVD and 1 very small instruction sheet that was no help. There was no number for support. Also online manual is extremely basic and doesn't do a good job of explaining how to work it. I finally figured out how to get it up and running but its so slow and I have it on a large 1gb memory card. Causes palm to run real slow and the program frequently freezes.

This product is difficult to use and runs slowly on a Palm Tungsten E2 with a 128 mb MMC card. There is no documentation for the Palm application and only a short help file for the desktop application.

I just bought this software so I would have access to a mapping program on my Palm TX with 2gb SD card. The program is TERRIBLE. Virtually no documentation for the initial installation and ZERO documentation for how it works. I have a HIGH LONG TERM experience level with computers and software and this was a real struggle. I had to guess and play around just to get a map loaded onto the Palm after the installation of the program. The program works very slow on both the Palm and the PC and I have yet to get it to locate ONE address in the search mode. The best word to describe this software is JUNK!
