This book is a must read for anyone who is interested in improving their mobil processes and in getting better interaction with their customers. Now your contacts demand more, and this shows ways to satisfy their needs with new technology.

This book presents an excellent overview of mobile enterprise applications. The book gets into the details of SAP Netweaver Mobile technology stack and shows how to leverage it.

The authors do an excellent job of presented a business case for different mobile applications -- Mobile Field Service, Direct Store Delivery, Mobile Asset Management, Mobile Time and Travel, RFID, and Mobile Sales.

If you are looking to leverage or extend the existing SAP enterprise applications -- CRM, ERP, SCM, PLM, HR, Portals -- then this book is for you. It will save you a lot of time by giving a quick overview that might take you months on your own.

Highly recommend this book to business executives, project managers and SAP developers.

This is a tremendous resource for mobile use cases and understanding how mobile solutions bring value to corporations. I continually refer back to this book in my research on mobile supply chains (including RFID), mobile asset management, and mobile sales and marketing.

The book is a very high level overview of the SAP mobile infrastructure and does not give you any idea of how SAP mobile Business really works, what is the technlogy behind or what is the SAP strategy for the future. The book is very poor (just 200 pages) and it looks like just a cut and paste from material found in the SAP site with any added value or explanation that helps the reader to understand. In addition the text is too big and paper is very poor and does not justify the price.
