5.0 out of 5 stars QED Mobius - Perfection
This could be the best "dance" album I've ever heard, probably because it's much more than that. Great songs with great melodies, big energy, hard-hitting arrangements, lots of emotion, sick beats, great vocals (male and female), and a ton of variety. The ballads are every bit as good as the up-tempo songs. The instrumentals stand up to the vocals. The...

The ballads are every bit as good as the up-tempo songs. The instrumentals stand up to the vocals. The originals stand up right there with the killer cover (Love Bites - the Def Leppard hit - wow, over the top). Check out "Hardly a Day", "So It Is (Kiss the Dream)", "Islands", "Alone", "Dark Side of Your Heart", "Running Away", "Epilogue". This one runs very DEEP!

I first heard QED's remake of Def Leppard's "Love Bites," this past summer, and I thought it was brilliant. I bought the single from CDBaby, and I continued checking back to see if they had released their new album, and then I went back about two weeks ago, and I discovered that it was finally out. I bought it, and most of the tracks are better than the ones on the single (Love Bites x2 remixes + Hardly a Day Valentine Club mix). The sequel to Hardly a Day is on this CD (Hardly a Day pt2), and it is almost a reply to Hardly a Day, and it's beautiful. There isn't a single track on this CD which I don't like. (I'm a little tired of Love Bites, but it's still a brilliant song.)

Best money I've spent on a CD in a while.

5.0 out of 5 stars Impressive!!!, December 29, 2003

QED's style can be summed up in one word, versatile. And versatility equals an experience that takes the listener on a journey. From the first track - the killer "Love Bites" - a dance cover of Def Leppard's hit - QED really impresses with world-class dance tunes, deep vocal trance songs that blow your mind, liquid melodies, gorgeous lifting voices, carefully crafted lyrics, aching guitar riffs, deep funky groove beats and r&b rhythms. Yet it all comes together to give the listener an effortlessly smooth experience. How does QED do this??? Very impressive.

I haven't heard a CD with consistently great tracks - and I mean EVERY track - like this in years. What a find! The second track - "Hardly a Day" - is another winner and should be a huge hit on the dance charts. Track after track, play after play. Keeps you coming back for more and more. This is the same producer who did Christina Aguilera's monster dance remix "Beautiful." I'm loving this...

I've been looking for their CD and finally found it. I loved their remix version of Love Bites and this CD has another version as well. Their sound is upbeat and I really love listening to this CD.

4.0 out of 5 stars QED's show stopper, January 29, 2004

This CD is awesome to listen to. Like many of the reviews written before, "Love Bites" and "Hardly a Day" is a very strong opener. The sound blasts of hardcore techno, mixed with euro, and splashes of trance- a unique sound i've hardly really found elsewhere. However, vocal techno does just kinda get to me- especially male vocal techno (respectfully). That said the only- and i emphasize only- is a small letdown to the album. Four and half stars really- because i still love the cd. For the last word: Buy the album b/c there still will be no dissapointment . . . i promise.
