Very easy to read and follow.
Before you start, there's a guide to help you to assess if your child is suitable for the different types of work. The book then takes you step by step through the process of putting your child forward for modelling and acting jobs. It covers photographic modelling as well as acting for television and film and is full of interviews with professionals giving their personal experiences. You get a really good picture of what it's like behind-the-scenes in the business. It even has advice about how to help your child cope when their modelling or acting career comes to an end. Lots of practical advice. Especially helpful check lists at the end of chapters which summarise everything, making it easy to pick up and find the important facts when you need them. An excellent reference book and an interesting read. |
