Try again. It is the metaphorical and alternate approaches to understanding IR that I personally believe informs a professional's ability to, if you will, "consider <the> other". Innovation is work. And the more tools you have for stepping back and looking at a problem differently, the better. This ranks up there with the Geometry of IR as an opening for those confused by probabilistic metrics and another tool for both mentors and their aspirants.

This is not SEO. Go find an MBA if you want to understand SEO. ooops. Is truculent implosion allowed in book reviews?
