I was skeptical of the quality when I bought this chair online. I was pleasantly surprised when it came that it was not only extremely easy to put together, but it is beautiful and well built. It does not feel cheap. I saw the real Eames chair it is copied after at a relative's and it was almost a duplicate. I'm extremely selective, so trust me when I say it is beautiful!

First and foremost, you're not buying a designer chair - which would cost easily 10x what this chair sells for. So your expectations should be in line with that. If they are, you're going to be blown away. I was a little worried when I ordered it, but I'm surprised at how nice the chair looks and how sturdy it feels. Oh, and it's very comfortable as well. I feel like it keeps my posture better than my previous chair (which I had a tendency to slouch in.) In sum, a great buy for the money.

Received this chair 4 days ago ... looks nice, a knockoff of a designer chair but in vinyl. The caster wheels however, are already coming apart. I've had 4 of the five wheels break in just a few days. You can "snap" the two plastic halves together again after the wheels fall off, but then the plastic begins to tear. I think I will be lucky if my "quick fix" can get this chair to last for 10 days. Not so cheap if the chair has to be thrown away with less than 2 weeks of usage.

We are really pleased with this chair. It was a b-day present for my wife and she finds it very comfortable. It gives her good posture to sit at her desk and work all day.

When anyone sits in it we can hear the air rush out of the bottom cushion. This doesn't bother us, it just makes us giggle when we hear it.

It is very bright white, just what we were looking for so it goes with her other white office furniture. In fact when I was unpacking it I got my hands a little dirty on the box and then got the chair dirty too and had to wash it. Make sure you have clean hands when you assemble it.

This is a gorgeous chair that belies its price (got it for the best price by far on Amazon over anywhere else I could find). I gave it 4 stars only because, although its armrests are very good-looking, they are a tad low/short...so not much support. But like I told my wife, we got these not just for practicality but also STYLE. ;)

I really, really wanted an Eames office chair but lack the thousands of dollars for it. This chair is VERY well constructed and feels great to sit in for long hours writing things on the computer or reading. It tilts backwards very smoothly and glides around wonderfully. Does not feel cheap at all. I was very, very pleasantly surprised. The white seat seemed to stain a little over time but I have lightened it by spraying it with Lysol and wiping down occasionally; it isn't noticeable. (The backrest has not stained.) This chair is just beautiful to use and to look at.

It is very, very easy to assemble. Did it within a few minutes with no trouble and no help. Amazon Prime also makes this a great deal for the free delivery of such a large object.

We were looking for a comfortable and reasonable priced chair and we found the Zuo chair, is great is not bulky, move easily in a small office room, and it looks good in our office at home. They shipped the chair immediately after we paid for it, and we are happy with this addition to our office.

I love everything about this chair. It was VERY easy to assemble, but beware when putting the top of the chair on the base to make sure your hands are clean from the grease from putting the wheels on the bottom. The one complaint that I have about this chair is that the arm rests could stand to be a little higher, or adjustable. Other than that overall its a great chair at a great price.

Nice design, but I think it's price outweighs it's quality. The materials are sturdy and clean, the mechanisms work properly, but there are a couple of of things that could have been better; i.e., the base is not chrome, it's polished aluminum. The arms on my chair (which ARE chrome) didn't align with each other; I had to tweak them at the risk of breaking one or the other off in the process. Remember, you are buying a Chinese made chair, so don't expect Knoll quality...
