The other reviews have said it well already, but I just want to add that this series of books is pretty much unusable. Unfortunately, they haven't allowed 'search inside,' or maybe fortunately for the authors, because if you glance through this book you can quickly see how deeply flawed it is. One sees what they're trying to do--and someone should eventually make a book that deals effectively with the Persian colloqiual/written-standard divide--but they don't get the job done. I haven't heard the CDs, but the other reviews cover those.
