I actually thought this was a spoof on Home Remedies! The moment I realized it wasn't, I wanted to spend my life savings to buy every copy - so no one else would buy it. Imagine. Crucifying a fly on a pin, and then including the dirty bugger, (pin and all) in a wearable healing amulet. That's always been MY first choice when colon problems strike... eeekkkkkk! And...where were the editors of this book? Did Sarah place a "glamour" on them so they could not recognize run on sentences?

I'm sure the author meant well. However, for the safety and general well being of the public please consider alternatives to this book.

While the author does go over the various herbals and their uses, more often than not, she advises seeing a medical practitioner. Instead of buying this book, I recommend a good herbal encyclopedia instead
