Modesty Immodestly,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Modesty Blaise: Sweet Caroline (Modesty Blaise (Graphic Novels)) (Paperback)
Although this is not the best of the sets of Modesty Blaise strips, all of them are well worth the investment of time and money if you like action and heros without super powers. I do. Peter O'Donnell had a wonderful imagination both for settings and for characters good and bad. Neville Colvin is, in my judgment, second best to Jim Holdaway among the various artists who drew these strips. Don't look for anything deep, but look for fun and action. Good stuff.

Read my first comic script in the 60s but lost track of MB and WG.
Since two years ago, have read all the novels and read all the graphic novels current editions. What more to say about Modesty and Willie. |
