This product works great, I put it on a 18' center console boat with a 40 gal gas tank, it took a bit of working with trying to get the screw holes to line up, user problem not product. I was however dissapointed that at no time did it specify that the gasket and screws come with it, so I had to waste an additional 13 bucks for a gasket/screw kit. After trimming the float rod to the right length everything works great, I would highly recommend this product, but DON'T purchase a seperate gasket, since it already has one with it, but it won't specify. Also I would go with paying for faster delivery since it took Amazon 3 weeks to get it delivered to me.

Your website did not say this item came with a gasket, so I ordered a gasket just to be on the safe side. Well . . . imagine the look on my face when I discovered a gasket in the packaging! Big disappointment! Please give ALL the facts on your products . . .

The directions could have been written a little better for adjusting to different style of tanks. Other than that it was a good replacement.

Replaced my old broken sending unit in my bass tracker with this one. Easy to replace. Been a little over a year now, and it still works. Thats pretty good for a gas tank sending unit on a boat.

The Moeller Universal Fuel Sending Unit was a perfect replacement. Instructions were clear and took only about a half hour to complete. The hard part was removing the old unit. Adjustment to the tank depth was easy and it works as expected.

It works. Be gentle with it when installing. It is nothing fancy. Probably paid too much. I supose it is a good cheap fix.

easy to install and it came complete with a gasket and screws however the screws were not the correct screws for my tank works better than the orginal and good price.The instructions was a copy and couldnt be read so i had to look on line and print a legiable copy. shipping was slow

This is a great replacement sending unit, at a great price (less than half of what the local marine store wanted for it!). Easy install, and works like a champ......

Replaced the stock unit in my boat gas tank and so far it works great! It was very simple to install and feels sturdy enough to last a while. My old unit worked but it did not read on the gauge correctly so if your having this type trouble I recommend you replace the sending unit first BEFORE you buy the gauge... unless of course you have tracked the problem to the gauge.

My aluminum tank is deep (18 1/4"). the only walls the float wouldn't hit were the corners and mounting plate only allows 90 degree rotation. had to modify unit to allow 45 degree rotation into far corner of the tank. time will tell if it stays in position.
