The product installed very easily. The quality is very good for a mid-price faucet. The hose has a weight which works perfectly to keep the spout seated firmly in the faucet assembly. Chrome gets spotty if not wiped down but this occurs with any chrome product. Sprayer component works perfectly and the handle operates smoothly and with minimum effort.
The faucet looks better than the picture once installed.

After reading many reviews about this faucet, I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase because several individuals talked about the head of the faucet being made of plastic. But I took the leap and bought it anyway, and my wife and I are quite pleased with this new addition to the kitchen. It swivels more easily than the past two faucets we've owned and we really like the fact that it has three "speeds" of water flow: regular stream, a somewhat gentle spray, and a more forceful spray. More importantly, while the feel is a bit different than the metal heads we had in the past --- it isn't that noticable or distracting. Overall we feel this was a good purchase, and after looking at other sites we feel the best deal when all things were considered was Amazon.

I had this installed by a professional - but the top part of the faucet feels loose and sways a bit. The handle controlling the temperature is small and awkward to use. The front part of the faucets is all plastic, and feels a bit flimsy. That said, I've had it for a month and it seems to be working well. In retrospect, I'd pay more for a faucet that is more solid and doesn't have so much plastic.

Great faucet

Contemporary Looking for a White Faucet

Pullout Spout feels cheap
So far this faucet works fine (have had it one month), but beware that the WHOLE pullout part is plastic. It feels very cheap. Read more
