It started leaking after 2 years and after many repairs we ended up replacing it.

We purchased this faucet back in 2002 in the Chrome model. I absolutely love this kitchen faucet. I use the pull out head feature constantly. In fact the pull out head was what sold me on this model. It was pricey because we paid full MSRP for this faucet. Today I can't imagine having a kitchen sink faucet without this pull out head feature. I love the convenience and it fills big pots easily sitting next to the sink so I don't ever have to lift heavy pots out of the sink saving my back. Also the pull out head feature makes sink cleaning time easy. I can direct water to every inch of the sink making short work of clean ups. Even after 10 years of constant use the faucet head pulls out and returns to it's correct position easily. It works as promised and few products today can make that claim. It also has held up it's stylish good look after 10 years of frequent cleanings. This faucet has met every expectation and then some.

Two years ago we had our first problem with the lever handle coming loose. When I reported the problem to Moen they sent out replacement parts and full instruction sheets on how to install the replacement part. In the last six months the faucet has become progressively tighter and more difficult to swivel side to side. I finally called Moen today expecting Moen to send out more replacement parts. Instead Moen is sending out a new free replacement faucet because the problem can't be fixed. This was something totally unexpected and it's made a Moen customer for life out of me. I love companies who stand behind their "lifetime" warranties. No hassles just exceptional customer service. I'm also grateful to Moen because they are sending out an identical model as a replacement. Why would I buy any other brand than a Moen?

This faucet has been installed for 4 years. I like the faucet, but the quality is just not there. The white finish has already failed on the handle, exposing bare metal; pull-out spray head discolored yellow-white in stark contrast to the rest of the faucet; where faucet swivels on base plate, seal has failed, both parts have rusted and the spout grinds when you move it from side to side. Need I say more?

We have had this faucet for 4 years. We thought what we were buying was a high quality pullout faucet, and the lifetime warranty helped the sale. However, this faucet will start dripping on you in 2 years, and after getting replacement parts from Moen, it will drip again after another 2 years. Look up other reviews on the net before buying this one. For us, it really was not worth the hassle of calling Moen again. We're going with a Grohe.

2 stars because it will work fine for 2 years.

I bought a life-time warranty Moen kitchen faucet about 10 years ago. Within a couple of years the calls to Moen service started. An unending stream of problems with that faucet, none related to each other except for being part of the same Moen faucet. The chrome peeled off the plastic shroud just below the handle. The spring in the soap dispenser collapsed to a small fraction of its former capability. The chrome nozzle on the soap dispenser discolored. The same nozzle eventually just fell out. The hand soap in the dispenser eventually came out brown because of the pump mechanism rusting inside. The plastic sprayer handle simply snapped off one day. The chromed plastic cap on the top of the handle where it connects to the rest of the faucet simply fell off because a tab on the underside apparently cracked. The faucet started squealing when moving the lever, so the cartridge had to be replaced. Naturally, all these problems wouldn't be complete without water leakage issues on occasion. So far no problem getting replacement parts though. We call Moen up, tell them what's wrong, they're not at all surprised, and they send new parts. We go without whatever functionality is missing for a week (eg. no water in the kitchen), the parts arrive, and I repair it yet again. It is repair-the-Moen-faucet week again in our household, but this time in dismantling the faucet, the head of the screw that holds the lever on just twisted right off like it was made of butter. So, tomorrow we call again for yet another replacement part because the screw shaft could not be removed. It's obvious by looking at it that Moen designed in a screw that was far too small for the application. Lucky thing it's covered by a life-time warranty, right?Read more ›

We have used Moen faucets for years. We have found them to be stylish, well made and designed with the DIY world in mind. We got the Moen 7560C Extensa One-Handle Low Arc Pullout Kitchen Faucet, Chrome to replace an aging unit in our kitchen. We live in a semi-arid region and the water here is very hard. It is also very "hard" on plumbing (especially faucets).

I really like the way the Moen faucets are packaged and setup for the home plumber. All the connections are made as simply as possible. The water lines just snap together. The parts are well labeled and designed for minimum tool installation. The faucet is made for one-hole installation, but will work with a three-hole setup using the included optional escutcheon.

All you need to install this faucet is a small screwdriver and an adjustable wrench. If you plan to install a faucet for the first time by yourself this is the one to get. The instructions are well illustrated and easy to follow. There is a plastic tool that comes with the faucet, it makes the process of tightening the faucet in place much easier. I hung that extension tool on a hook under the sink just so I don't have to turn the house upside down if I ever need it.

We were very lucky to be offered three Moen faucets for review just at the time we were adding a bathroom and remodeling the existing bathroom and kitchen. We have been very happy with the quality of the fixtures and the ease with which all of them went together.

We love the way the Faucet looks and works. You get a good four feet of hose on the pullout sprayer, which is plenty to do any work necessary in or around the sink. It even works great for watering the plants we have in the window. The faucet is high and extends about eight inches over the sink.
