I bought this faucet early this year. It hung around, waiting to be installed, for months. Finally, the old one became unusable. My husband wanted nothing to do with installation and was happy to hire a plumber. Well....I wasn't. So, I embarked on my first "plumbing" job. My first (and only) problem was getting the old one out. I called customer service at Moen and a highly qualified gentleman advised me how to uninstall the old faucet. He was competent, articulate, and, best of all, was not the least bit condescending: he gave me the confidence and information I needed to complete the job. With the old faucet out, in went the new, with great ease. I needed a connection part and was able to find it easily at the hardware store, thanks to my friend at Moen. The only reason I gave this only 4 stars is because of the decreased water pressure. That, of course, is a result of the water saving feature but I find it just a little too decreased. If I use the spray feature, however, the pressure seems to be normal. The faucet is very easy to use and very attractive.

I have owned this faucet for over three years now. Recently it developed a leak. The metal hose that the spout pulls out of the housing developed a leak. I called moen service and they sent me a new metal hose, all addition parts and a new cartridge at no charge. Now that a great warranty. It is working like new again.

Was very dissappointed in this unit...,

We had this unit installed for a little over a year. Had a terrible time installing the unit. We had to purchase a special socket to be able to install. Had problems with water volume, even though we cleaned it throughly several times. Had problems with the wand retracting. The adjustment of the bracket for the faucet was so delicate to make this work we finally quite pulling it out. We had problems getting the water to shut off completely. FINALLY, we had had enough when I turned the water on one day and the handle fell off in my hands. The mechanism was made of a light weight plastic. We went to plumbing supplier and they said they had numerous returns on the unit. We then purchased a Kohler faucet and are very happy with the unit. We have had nothing but problems with MOEN faucets, in the kitchen or bathroom. I would not recommend them to anyone.
