Doesn't really hold the shower head very well. The Pollenex shower head doesn't fit well into the holder, and the attachment to the 1 1/4" grab bar keeps slipping, no matter what I do to tighten or adjust it.

I recently installed a new hand held shower head and needed a holder and figured since this unit has two different clamp sizes this I could make this unit work. Well, the clamp moves less then 2 MM so it becomes extremely difficult to tighten down. The unit looks pretty good but I really wise they would have made it more adjustable or at least allow you to tighten it down without it slipping off the rail all the time. I had to line the inner ring of mine with foam insulation to keep it from slipping down the rail. If you're feeling crafty then this unit is okay but if you aren't very handy you might want to keep looking.
