Not a very accurate history about the Moffatts!!,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Moffatts (Mass Market Paperback)
I have read this book, and found that the book is not very well-researched about the four brothers from British Columbia, Canada known as "The Moffatts". I have been supporting (not just a fan of) the Moffatts since late 1994, when I first discovered their gifted talent of singing. I have also learn the history about them, (based on press kits, articles, and the real source, their dad.) Anyway, to the point: I have found many errors in the book that I know are not true about The Moffatts. And there alot of misspells, miswords, and misphrases. For instance, they did not sing "What a Wonderful World" by Louie Armstrong on their "It's A Wonderful World" Album. It was "(What A) Wonderful World" written by Cooke, Alpert, and Alder that they sang was also sung by Herman's Hermits. Totally different lyrics. So I am not giving this book a great rating.

Please, do some research!,

I found this book very frustrating because the author of this book abiously didn't do her homework. I know this is an unauthorized book, but still, she could have found out more info without much trouble. She made several errors, like Dave and Clint being identical twins. I thought the 8 pages of pictures were very cool, and definatly the high point of the book. I would suggest getting The Moffatts: Backstage Pass-which is authorized whith lots of pictures-instead.

I give this book 1 star cos of the pics inside,
This review is from: The Moffatts (Mass Market Paperback)
I love that 8 pics inside the book , but it's impossible for me to believe what the author was writing 'bout - she even said that "Dave and Clint are identical twins" , what the hell is the problem ? The author didn't have enough information .... or I should say she's got most information that all we Moffatts fans know aren't right enough . I suggest you guys have a go for the OFFICIAL Backstage Pass instead of this book cos it's got all cute pics that you want , and the most important is , all the content inside is TRUE . Well it's great to have that 8 pics though ....

Great Book!,

This review is from: The Moffatts (Mass Market Paperback)
This is a great book except for a couple general knowlegde errors. Like in one part it says Dave and Clint are the identical ones and the same thing is in the book again later but it says the right thing, Bob and Clint. Anyways though it is a great book! And if you ever get a chance to read it, you definately should!

By A Customer
This review is from: The Moffatts (Mass Market Paperback)
I just bought this book last night and I stayed up until 3am this morning reading it! It was a very good book! I learned so much about The Moffatt that I never knew before and I have been a fan for years now! It was very touching to hear about the devorise betweem Darlana and Frank, I even started to cry! I now have a whole new view of The Moffatts as artistes! Even though this book is unofficle (I noticed a few mistakes) it is still worth while buying it and reading it!

I am a huge Moffatt fan, for more than two years now, and I know so much about them. I read this book and found over twenty mistakes in information, and even some typos. I could have wrote a better one! It's entertaining purely because it's about my boys, so if you are really a big fan, it's entertaining to read this lady's interpretataion of their lives.

Awful............,

Now, I got this booke because it was on the Moffatts and I'm like a crazed fan so ya know.....Anyways, the errors in this book were horrible. Yes it is an unathorized book, but there could have been some research involved. The sentence structure, terrible. This is supposed to be an author writing this, it sure didn't sound like one. If you're a fan, you'll most likely want to get this book, great pictures just bad info.
