Prepare to open your heart and your memory box as you listen to the sweet sounds of some of Hawai'i's most beloved contemporary songs. Keola's aloha for his friends' music and golden era for revival of Hawaiian pride comes through every song. The melodies grabbed me and stayed with me for days, even as this CD stayed in my player for weeks! Suddenly, I recognized other versions of Ku'u Home o Kahalu, Sunflower, Pretty Girl playing everywhere --- bookstores, the airport, the radio. After listening, Keola's renditions are inevitably my favorites! You'll agree -- he's the master.
