Unless your pain is in the palm or the back of your hand, this product is not so hot. Mine is fingers and pad of thumb....pretty useless for these areas.

I bought these hand wraps for my 90-year-old mother who has severe arthritis in her hands. She loves them. At night she wears them to bed to improve the circulations and feeling in her hands

my dad has arthritis and from time to time I catch him holding a blow drier on his hands to help with his arthritis. I saw these mits on the website and decided to give them a try. I think I like them more than my dad. He said that they dont hold the heat very long
