This item came very quickly!! It is a really great product. My back always hurts so I gave it a shot and it worked wonderful. Since my neck and shoulders also hurt I tried it on them, so it works for all areas. The herbs smell great, they don't smell bad like other products that use herbs; therefore it won't smell up your microwave. Also, moist heat is much better for you. Heat in general is better to use says "Licensed accupunturists and massage therapists" - they never treat with Cold. It stays warm for a great amount of time. I recommend purchasing this item especially if you could just use some warm heat and relaxation :D The great thing about this is you can also take it on the road with you and use it in the car or at work because it's not bulky and it's easy to hide under your shirt, so nobody will notice. On a side note: I had a very good experience dealing with this company, on other items. They are a very credible company, and that's hard to find these days.

I really like the ease in which you can just pop the heat pack into the microwave and in a few minutes it's hot and steamy. Also it's really nice that you can wash the cover separately. Only drawbacks are: the pack is a little small and really only heats the middle of an average adult's back. Would have been nicer if it was a few inches wider to cover more of the back. The wrap around portion that attaches in the front is too small for a size large man--won't hook in front.

I purchased this back wrap for my mother to replace an old "bean" filled back wrap. Mom is a brain cancer patient and has spent so much time sitting that her back is constantly causing her great pain. At the time she received this back wrap she was not able to sleep because of her back pain. My dad immediately heated the wrap, put it on her and within a few minutes she was able to sleep. Her old wrap was not helping and has since been discarded.

I purchased this for my elderly but active father who has lower back pain from a tennis injury. He really likes the support and warmth. He uses it quite often and I'm glad that it is a well designed product for a good price.

I use this back warming wrap every night, I sleep with it all night. It has been very helpful with my low back pain.

I bought this for my dad and he loves it. I also tried it the smell was good, the heat does last for a good 30min.

I ordered this for my small elderly mother. She loves the smell, and she says it works well, but she says the waist is a tight fit. She is not a large woman. If you have an ample waist, I would not recommend this product.

One of our friend bought this item and demonstrated it, it was quite useful for warming up aching backs. The aroma was also pleasant. We decided to buy the same from amazon. When we got it and used it, the aroma was not the same, it was not the aroma that we can sit with. It should be aroma-less, so it won't alienate anyone who is sensitive to some scents. Anyhow, 2 stars off for inconsistency. The smell was enough to relegate it to the back shelve in my bath closet.

This heating pad is better than an electric one b/c you can fall asleep with it on. The fragrance is heavenly, too. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is b/c it takes three 30-second heatings in the microwave to get it warmed up enough. I still love it, though.
