I have had 3 sinus surgeries & my doctor has urged me to use saline spray on a continuing basis. This is the best one I have tried. It is hard to find in stores, so that is why I ordered it online. The Eucalyptus & Menthol helps me breathe better & I haven't had a sinus infection since starting it. I have recommended it to my friends and family.

By far the best non medicated nasal spray on the market! Just a few squirts a couple of times a day and the dryness and stuffiness goes away.

Can't say enough about this great product. Marvelous for chronic sinus sufferers. Was so glad to see that it was available on Amazon, as most of my drugstores and supermarkets don't carry it anymore. Very soothing for sore noses.

This is the only saline mist that keeps my sinuses clear and free of infections.

Considering the dry climate in California, I have always been plagued with dry sinuses. This spray, if used daily, can really help fix the dry sinus problem. I use it before bed and have great results with a better nights sleep!

I had to look high and low to find this product. Other nasal sprays give me a sore throat, not a side effect I like. 4 Way Saline Moisturizing Mist opens up sinuses with its pleasing menthol. If you have tried others you might want to try this one for better results and no sore throat as a side effect.

The 4Way saline spray does a great job of helping unstuff a head. It is not addictive and the menthol adds a cooling affect. You can use it over and over without worry of getting hooked on the stuff.

This will not make your symptoms go away, but will keep your sinus passages moist and the menthol helps you to breathe easier. I found this product after "burning" my nostrils with decongestant nose sprays which will just make you worse. I have been using this for years, it is an excellent product! You are not limited in how much or how often to use and it is a step up from regular saline sprays.

We were told that this item has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Drugstore.com no longer offers it. We found a very good supply on Amazon and stocked up. This Menthol saline spray gives a better feeling to the nasal passages than regular saline mist. 4 Way Menthol saline spray was even recommended by our ENT who uses it also. It is too bad that 4 Way discontinued such a fantastic product.......we have sent dozens of these bottles to our troops in Iraq who find this product superior to standard saline sprays.

I absolutely love this saline nose spray!! The Eucalyptol and Menthol add a great cooling effect which really seems to help in moisturizing my nose more than just regular saline solutions. I'm so glad Amazon sells it because it's ridiculously hard to find!! I can't get it at any of my local stores and it's not found on many online stores either. When I couldn't find this, I tried taking regular old saline solution and adding eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils to it but it just didn't measure up. I can't believe I'm this excited over a nose spray but this one is awesome to me! I mostly use it for moisturizing my nostrils and when I have an itchy nose during allergy season. I prefer to use it over the nose sprays that have drugs in them. And I always try to have a bottle of it on hand when I travel on an airplane because the air is always so drying!! It really helps to have it handy before, during and after the flight. It works perfectly for me. I can't sing it's praises enough!! =)
