Flaco is true foot stomping Mexican roots music. He has spread this type of music all over the world, I have listened to his music since I was a young girl living in Taylor, TX. Adelante, Flaco!!

Even los Muertes must rise dancing from the Dead when Flaco and his conjunto fire up a dancing tornado of the dustbowl proportions! This is Flaco at his performing finest. Unmatchable upbeat tempo that creates an infectious feeling of joy and hope, despite many serious and dark undertones in his lyrics/themes (the war in Vietnam e.g.) All in all, an hour of fine tejano mayhem! If you don't react, you must be limp and cold like cod fish.
