organic is always good...
I have never used molasses before so I can't compare it to other products, but I say "organic food are always the best alternative" and I was happy with my purchase.

Can't stand the taste
This is the first time I bought blackstrap molasses, I had no idea what to expect. It tastes like licorice. I don't HATE the licorice taste but this is pretty strong stuff. I tried it straight with some raw honey and couldn't take it, tried it straight with some Apple cider vinegar, couldn't even smell it although I don't mind drinking ACV with honey. I tried it in a tea...

This is the first time I bought blackstrap molasses, I had no idea what to expect. It tastes like licorice. I don't HATE the licorice taste but this is pretty strong stuff. I tried it straight with some raw honey and couldn't take it, tried it straight with some Apple cider vinegar, couldn't even smell it although I don't mind drinking ACV with honey. I tried it in a tea with honey (blah). I tried it straight up with some nesquik chocolate syrup and have been able to take it down.
Any ohther suggestions? For now I have been taking it by the spoonful as I heard is good for a number of things, so I just hold my nose and take it as a medicine.
