Very appropriate text for beginning molecular biologists.,

This text was used in an undergraduate molecular biology lab course which i took, and it contained detailed information and suggestions which were extremely useful for beginning students. This text has continued to be useful, however, as a reference for commonly used protocols and for troubleshooting experiments.
