5.0 out of 5 stars Totally Hooked, December 7, 2009
By
This review is from: Moleskine Weekly Planner Horizontal 12 Month Large Black (Moleskine Srl) (Calendar)
I'm going on four years with this kind of planner. Fantastic for academic or work use. Easy to plan all day events or individual appointments with amount of space provided. Fits well in a work bag or larger purse. Check the dimensions if you're worried about it fitting, you may want the pocket-sized version. This one is about half of a letter-sized page.

The one I have currently (almost a year) looks barely used from the outside. The page-holder string does fray slightly. Hard cover and elastic closure keep pages very nice. Has two years of monthly-view section in front to mark important days. Lots of handy information for the international traveler in front, plus removable address book that slips into the pocket in the back.

Definitely worth the investment if you plan on carrying it around. Holds up well to moderate abuse (being tossed into bottom of bag), and has definitely kept me more organized!

4.0 out of 5 stars old fashioned organization, November 15, 2010

I have drunk the Apple Kool Aid and so value my iPhone tremendously but, maybe it's because I'm old, I have to have a written agenda. The Moleskine gives me the ability to see my whole week and is large enough to make notes about my days yet small enough to fit into most bags.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Datebook You Can Buy - Hands Down, October 5, 2007
I love these date books. I especially like the soft cover. It's butter soft to the touch. The paper is acid free so you can use a fountain pen or, for that matter, any writing instrument and it will feel and look great.

On the left hand side is the place for appointments and to-dos. On the right you can put notes or more to-dos, anything you want.

I use mine to schedule my projects and keep appointments. It's just the right size for my desk. But it could just as easily go into a bag of some sort for either a man or woman.

These are exceptionally well made. They'll last forever. You'll be proud to own and use one.

Highly recommended. Get one every year.
