Needed for connection to add devices to the system. These filled the bill.

Recommended to anyone who needs more connections to add devices and still loves old tech which is more reliable than the new.

This item arrived on time thanks to the seller. When using it, it reminded me that you get what you pay for. Although it works just fine, its doesn't snap or give you any indication that you have secured it properly and I broke a sweat trying to disconnect it. Also one of the wires came out very easily, but I was able to just stick it back in (that's what she said lol). It does work though.

I bought this small, very handy cable, for the adaptation and end installation of a Corsair H100 liquid cooler. Upon the installation of the latter, I quickly found that the original Corsair male molex can easily loose any of the two pins, namely the +12 V and ground ones. When first inserted to the PSU's female connector the pins retract back and may very well get off the connector.

In my installation I had to push one of the pins back into the connector with the help of a small blade screwdriver. After getting this cable I installed it after the Corsair's male connector, so that the cable's own male molex, which is far more robust, can be handled to the PSU and taken apart if I need to dismount the unit, and without any damage to the Corsair cooler.

This is, in my estimation, a far better solution than, for example, trying to mend or replace the original H100's male molex.

In addition, I put a red adhesive tape on the +12 V pin, because Corsair neglected to use a polarized (marked) cable. In their newer models (the 100i), by the way, they replaced the molex for a male Sata connector. Corsair is aware that the molex they supplied with the H100 is not of a very good quality.
