I normally wear a small in Molicare, but wanted to try the mediums. The extra coverage offers more security, but just be prepaired for extra bulk between the legs. I prefer plastic covered diapers over "cloth like" diapers as I do not like the way they feal rubbing on my inner legs. The outer shell is a soft and makes for a quiet diaper unlike other diapers such as Tranquility. This is a very absorbent diaper. In my opinion theyare 10X better than Depends, but not quite as absorbent as Abri-Form X Plus.

Molicare is a premium product at a reasonable price. Super absorbent. Comfortable fit. A bit bulky. Molicare Super-Plus Briefs are perfect for night time use. But you might want something less bulky for wearing under clothing during the day. Heavy wetters will find they are not completely leakproof, but then, no diaper is completely leakproof if you don't change them when they are full.
