Product Description

Made from raw sheep's milk, Moliterno Black Truffle Pecorino cheese differs from other truffle cheese in that the truffles and truffle paste are added after the cheese has aged. This allows the cheese to develop its own character prior to the introduction of the truffles. This is a delicious cheese for any truffle lover and makes a wonderful visual presentation.
