5.0 out of 5 stars Molly's Cookbook was a great book!, January 26, 2001
This review is from: Molly's Cookbook: A Peek at Dining in the Past with Meals You Can Cook Today (American Girls Pastimes) (Paperback)
Molly's Cookbook is a book about a 10 year old girl named Molly that shows you different recipes used during the world war in 1944. Molly's Cookbook was a very helpful book. It teaches you history and shows the kinds of food that they cooked. I enjoyed this book very much and I think everyone would like to read this book even if you don't like cooking or history. This book will make history and cooking fun and educational for all ages. If you haven't read the rest of the American Girl books I recommend you read them too.

This is a great book to use with young children who enjoy helping out in the kitchen. The recipes are broken down simply including what equipment will be needed. The instructions are clear and descriptive-the recipes turn out great. Highly recommended!
