She is the author of several books, including Craft, Inc., Creative, Inc., and the Craft, Inc. I didn't read every word of this one, but skimmed the parts that seemed most applicable to me with a business selling a good (as opposed to a consulting business). I'm not sure who would find it a great resource, it's very basic and broad with not a lot of specific detail. The resources pages aren't as detailed as I'd have liked, and way too much of the book is taken up with inspiration interviews. I much preferred Craft, Inc. by the same author.

I loved, loved this book. Just read it on my Kindle and highlighted passages like crazy. As a mother of five starting a business, I was inspired by the very hands-on approach to this writing. The authors gave both clear and concise instructions as well as success stories of real women. Real, meaning women like me trying to find balance and success. The book is also very current, offering ideas on blogs, websites and Etsy sales. I have already implemented ideas from the book and I just finished reading it today. Highly recommended to all those thinking of starting a feasible business. You will be inspired to go for it!

for a book with the Title of MOM inc. I would have expected more to do with being a mom in a home business, but the biggest advice seemed to be get a baby sitter! Not much was actually mom focused.
The interviews were interesting, but all had a heavy influence of DESIGN, not so much on making, some on marketing.
Overall I found it wasn't for me and what I wanted to do.
How ever it is printed and bound wonderfully and looks very fresh and new after I read it, and I bought it used! I hope to pass it on to someone else.
