In the MomentFREDDIE WASHINGTON has created the best Romantic Funk Album of the year. Clearly if the Grammy's were to create a new category Freddie Washington's 'In the Moment' would surely be on top of the list. It's the rave on Marth's Vineyard. Superbly produced and array of some of the best musicians who accompany Freddy on each tune of this album make it the best Romantic Funk album that can be listened to in the continuos mode. Tunes stay with you

and make you want to continue the moment in the car on the ipod and wherever you may get your groove on, it's just one of those compelling albums that everyone talks about at some point during the summer parties.

For all those Wayman Tisdale followers this album by Freddie Washington is a nice companion piece to add to your jazz bass guitarist section. This album is an excellant choice and I can't wait to hear his next one.
