In this hectic world where it's very common for both children and parents to be oversubscribed, this excellent CD is exactly what we need. Therapists who work with kids, as well as teachers and parents will benefit from using it. While learning how to relax, children will have a lot of fun, feel better about themselves, feel less anger and fear, and be happier. The CD contains wonderful stories, encouraging messages, and a bunch of relaxation exercises. If our children are relaxed, confident, and tolerant, our world will be better for it. This is a good place to start. I heartily recommend this CD.

Debbie Milam has a wonderful way of speaking to children. Her soothing voice helps them get calm and peaceful. Her guided imagery creates a scene of love and joy. I loved this CD.
