I ordered this one when the Playgroup Favorites got too monotonous for us. My boys (2 1/2 and 9 months) love that one, but it got to be a bit monotonous for me:) I received this one and the boys love it too and even my 11 year old daughter loves to play with her brothers with this one.

This one has the same great qualities as the first one (perfect half hour length, sing along lyrics on screen) and the same annoying Little Jay (but I can get past him). The only bad thing I have to say about this one is that I have a desire to buy all the props and I want to start a playgroup here with moms, dads and kids with this as a basis. But I guess that's not terrible:)

This one has If you're happy and you know it, Old McDonald had a farm, Taa-Rah-Rah-Boom-Dee-Ay, The Mexican Hat Dance, Row, Row, Row your boat and more...

I do recommend this whether you have the other Mommy and Me Playgroup favorites or not.

My daughter loves both the first Mommy & Me and Mommy & Me More. We can't go through a day without watching one of them. The segments in between are a bit goofy, but the songs are fun and it gets my girl up and moving. When I first tried these on her around 14 months, she could care less, but now at 2 years, she loves them!

My 18mo old absolutely loves the mommy and me dvd's that are out. Besides the wiggles, this is the only thing he will watch. Just from watching this dvd he learns how to do certain things such as jumping, shaking hands, and playing peekaboo! More videos like this should be out on the market.

I love these video and I'm glad I bought the other one too. My children don't get tired of watching it. I've spend more money on other viedos and they don't like it as much as this one. They're fun and they learn a lot form it.

I got this DVD after watching the first Mommy and Me video more times than I can count. My tenth month old daughter LOVES it!!!!! She been hooked for a couple of months now. She sits up and watches all the action as well as goes through all of the motions herself. Every time she hears "If You're Happy..." and "The Wheels on the Bus" (even if we just sing it to her) she puts on a little performance. You can play the words to the songs as they come up on the DVD. You can even access their website for more ideas and an activity book.
I find just one prob with the DVD. Little Jay - the baby kangaroo can be annoying after a while (Do YOOOOOUUUUU know what time it is?) and he is somewhat rude - burping and not excusing himself.
Other than that I am so glad I found this video. I can't wait for more.

My child has loved this video from 3 months old. I am a work at home mom and this video is a life saver. He loves all the songs and his face just beams when little Jay the Kangaroo comes on. It really makes him happy so I don't feel guilty about leaving him in front of the television.

I'm the mommy of twin 19 month old boys and they enjoy the Mommy & Me Playgroup Favorites DVDs. They don't really like tv which isn't the result of anything I've done or not done, they're just always moving and won't stay still long enough to notice most things on tv. However, they love to dance along with the songs on this DVD.

I spent a small fortune on 8 Baby Einstein DVDs and have been trying repeatedly for the past 14 months to get the boys interested in them. They could care less about those but they fell instantly in love with the Baby Genius Nursery Rhymes DVD the first time I put it in (they were 13 months old at the time)Baby Genius Favorite Nursery Rhymes w/bonus Music CD They love all 3 of the Baby Genius "song" DVDs but there's only so many times I can listen to the same songs so I searched for some other good DVDs with songs.

As an adult I find the visuals of this DVD cheesy but my boys love the overdone happy faces and exaggerated movements of the parents & kids. They love to dance around with the songs and try to copy the dance movements that go with each song.

If your little one loves to dance and sing this DVD is a good choice at a great price!

This DVD is almost the same thing as the other mommy and me.
Same songs and some actors with few changes...But it is good as

My now 18 month old loves it since she was about 10 months. I am amazed that she is never tired of it. She does her crazy happy dance every time I reach for the dvd. And it helps me to keep my sanity too. Get it and you will love it.

Otra vez como el primer video, las palabras están diferentes en escrito cuando cantan. No hay la opción para aprender las palabras viendo las cuando uno está cantando. No entiendo porque pongan las palabras en un forma del futuro en la canción y otro en escrito, como vamos a cantar y cantaremos. Es como pagaron dos personas diferentes para traducir lo mismo video una para las canciones y otra para lo escrito. Cuando hablan y no están cantando sigue con otra forma de decir todo. En inglés las palabras están igual entonces sería buena para aprender inglés como en forma de karaoke.

For people who think that those who speak Spanish can sing along with the words they are wrong. The Spanish words are all in a different form of future etc. in the subtitles verses the verbal form whether in songs or spoken. It is like they paid two different people to translate the same video. One for the verbal and the other for the lyrics, and then stuck them together without checking that they are the same. Same meaning is different than same words especially if you are trying to sing along. I don't understand why anyone would allow their product to be marketed in this way. In English the words come across in karaoke style with the word they are on highlighted. I assumed that the subtitles would be the same with maybe the option of the highlighted word taken away, which is NOT the case.
