4.0 out of 5 stars I was going to give up on cloth diapering until I found Mommy's Touch
This is my new favorite diaper. My 20-month-old son has always been very difficult to fit. His Fuzzi Bunz were great at first, but they wore out quickly and no size would fit him as he grew taller and skinnier. I switched to Happy Heinys and Mommy's Touch. While the HH's grew scratchy as they pilled, the Mommy's Touch stayed much softer- especially the diapers with...

3.0 out of 5 stars Absorbs well but not very trim
These absorb well but I don't find the fit to be great. There are way too many snaps and it is difficult to figure out the best fit without resnapping multiple times. Additionally, due to the double row of snaps the rise is rather tall, so the diaper sags under my toddler boy's tummy. I prefer the fit of a BumGenius (which is also a one-size), Fuzzi Bunz, or...

4.0 out of 5 stars I was going to give up on cloth diapering until I found Mommy's Touch, February 2, 2008
This is my new favorite diaper. My 20-month-old son has always been very difficult to fit. His Fuzzi Bunz were great at first, but they wore out quickly and no size would fit him as he grew taller and skinnier. I switched to Happy Heinys and Mommy's Touch. While the HH's grew scratchy as they pilled, the Mommy's Touch stayed much softer- especially the diapers with the printed patterns. These diapers actually fit, and leaking is no longer a constant problem. While I can't say these diapers are perfect, they are by far the best diapers I've encountered. My son is a super-super-soaker, so I don't think there is a diaper or diaper insert on the planet that can completely contain him (even overnight disposables can't). But at least I'm not constantly changing his pants when he wears the Mommy's Touch. And I have yet to have to deal with a poopy blowout with these diapers (something I could never say about Fuzzi Bunz). I highly recommend these, particularly the printed diapers (just because the fleece seems to stay softer,) to anyone.

Additionally, due to the double row of snaps the rise is rather tall, so the diaper sags under my toddler boy's tummy. 4.0 out of 5 stars Great product, January 28, 2008

I am really enjoying the versatility and dependability of this diaper. I haven't gone from smallest to largest yet, but so far it has been great at expanding from about 4 months to 8 months size. I also like the open ended design, which makes it easier to remove the soiled liner. I will say that "melon" isn't quite accurate to describe the color of the one I bought. It is a little brighter and closer to an orange peel than a melon ball, if you can make that distinction! A great choice for fit and liquid resistance.

5.0 out of 5 stars New Snap Style and Easy Clean, May 28, 2007

I loved the original white snap style and didn't think anything could be better. But I was wrong! These are fantastic!

I love the easy-clean feature with the front opening. I no longer have to touch a yucky wet insert before cleaning. I just throw the whole thing in the wash. I use the pockets with the one-size GAD inserts and never have any leaks.

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible adjustment system!, July 21, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Total waste of money! The prints are nowhere near as cute as they appear online. And the size adjusting is the worst system i have ever seen on a diaper. It says it should fit from 7pounds up to 35. My 10 pound baby who is by no means a skinny girl was swimming in it in the smallest setting. It might fit her at around 15 pounds. I have never seen a system that adjusts quite like this and its just a terrible set up.

4.0 out of 5 stars Cute!, July 18, 2011

Cute diaper but a bit bulky. We haven't had any leaks yet, so I'm pretty happy with it. I love the pocket is open on both ends.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic- even after 4 years of use, June 1, 2010
By

I have tried almost every name brand diaper out there. We have Fuzzibunz, Bumgenius, Happy Heineys, etc. And these are handdown my favorites for a number of reasons:

1) The really do fit bigger kids- my son was a chunko and these fit well
2) They also fit small kids since they have cross over snaps and you can fold down the front
3) The snaps do take a bit of getting used to but I wouldn't recommend less snaps. Once you get used to the perfect snap setting for your child its easy and having the extra snaps prevents sags and help w/ sizing.
4) After 4 years of hard use w/ two kids my original Mommy's touch diapers still look great, PUL is still waterproof, snaps still work and elastic is still in tact.
5) The prints are true PUL so just as waterproof as the solids
6) The new style w/ the extra pocket and the ability to change the tab snap setting for infants are great!!!

Just a wonderful product, I am suprised these aren't more loved.

4.0 out of 5 stars Of all the cloth diapers this one is a winner, January 10, 2010

Of the two cloth diapers I purchased for my 8 month old son, this one is the definite winner. It also comes with FREE three layer microfiber cloth inserts, which is an advantage, they are durable and can hold very well. Although the constant washing of this product wears it out however it has great potential, my son is now 21 months and I still use this product.

HAVE NO HESITATION IN PURCHASING THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE these!, July 31, 2009
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
So the velcro TABS are large/bulkier like a HH(HappyHeinys) diaper, (unlike the BG(BumGenius), but I LOVE these dipes anyway!! The front folds down for smaller babies, but still looks great as the child grows -- cause you don't ever see snaps like the other brands! So smart!

And IMHO the microfleece is a bit softer/wears better than the HH fleece. It's a "tie" for me between these and BG 3.0! Actually I would prefer these if I HAD to choose, cause you get a HUGE selection of colors, whereas BG only lets you have their "collections" of colors :( Oh, AND they have this Easy-Clean version that really does allow you to not HAVE to touch the urine-soaked inserts before putting them in the wash!

I'd HIGHLY recommend these to ANYONE! *****I can't say the same about the SNAP version of Mommy's Touch. I just could NEVER get a good fit...he always seemed to be in between snaps and it was "puffy" in the front.

5.0 out of 5 stars great one size diaper, September 3, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These are my favorite diapers out of the Mommy's Touch diapers. I like the pocket diapers better than the all-in-one because you can just lay an insert in them and change the insert if it gets a little wet or dirty without changing the outer part. The diaper comes with one insert, but I bought extra green acre microterry inserts to go with them. It makes these diapers go farther. I also think I prefer the velcro over the snaps because it is a lot simpler to use. The fleece wicks away the moisture and keeps the surface dry similarly to how a disposable does. I got them when my son was one month old and weighed 12 lbs. He's big so I dont know how they would fit a really small baby. They fit my son fine, but they are pretty bulky just like all one-size diapers are.
