Living in the northeast, we have this sport called Lacrosse. My two boys play it at their school in Providence, RI. Having bought the other sports in the Mom's Guide series, I knew this handy Guide publication would be helpful, and sure enough it is. All the terms and basic rules to men's lacrose are concisely written, along with diagrams and illustrations of field layout and referee signals. (There's also a Mom's Guide to Women's Lacrosse.) This series is great for spectators to quickly understand what's happening on the field as the action happens.

This was a wonderful way to learn about Lacrosse. My son played this through high school and I was forever asking everyone what this meant and what was that penalty for... It answered a lot of my questions, which in turn, relieved my fellow parents. Very convenient to carry in your car or pocketbook waiting to be used for all those games you go to.
