If your into open wheel racing this is the ultimate. The cars have more adjustments than any game I've played and the computer cars react in a realistic manner. If you want to play a Indy car or Formula 1 game, this should be the one.

I got this game about five or six years ago--just kind of stumbled on it--but I am so happy I did. After all this time, it still surprises and delights me. Yes, the graphics are super and having all the different circuits to run on is wonderful from the standpoint of keeping your interest up. But, by far, the most pleasing aspect of this racing simulation is how the creators were able to make the cars absolutely come alive in your hands. Every change of car parameters is felt minutely in your hands (and by that I don't mean the controller vibration which I never use.) And I am constantly blown away by how I can put a wheel in the dirt, start to lose it, and with a little backing off of throttle and steering into the slide I can save it and get back in the game. It just completely amazes me how Ubi Soft were able to translate this car control into a Play Station controller--simply the best.
