The weight basket, meanwhile, is a patented self-regulating braking system that never needs calibration. To adjust the resistance, the user merely adds weights to the weight basket, with 1 kg, 0.5 kg, and 0.1 kg sizes and a workload range of 1 kg to 12 kg.
