I have been looking for an album that focuses on some of today's leading percussionist's and found it here. There is a large variety of tunes by some of the leading percussionist's. This an album that will move you from the primieval to the modern expression of drumming. It begins and ends here. Wonderful collection!

This is a great piece of music! I had this recording, but lost it somehow, so this is a replacement copy. I play it whenever I need music to cheer me up or get me moving to do a household chore that I don't want to do. Even if I hadn't known what was on it, just seeing who the artists are would tell me that it would be good (Tito Puentes!)
