the monessen gas log set assembled easily and functioned properly.it easily heated two large rooms in our house.i don't like the large area left bare in the middle of the log set.i followed the directions exactly when it told how to size and distribute the small packet of rock wool but it failed to cover the area. there are many large bare areas remaining.it would be more realistic if the logs covered more of the metal burner or at least include enough rock wool to hide it a little better.
