Jorgensen hosts a nationally syndicated radio talk show offering financial advice and is also the author of
It's Never Too Late to Get Rich (1994). Just like a storyteller serving up a homily that makes its point before one realizes there's a lesson involved, Jorgensen sits us down and tells us stories about saving and moderation and planning for the future. His narratives demonstrate a commonsense approach to financial planning and include such topics as mutual fund ratings, dividends, compounding, and asset allocation. Among Jorgensen's three dozen lessons are also straightforward explanations of life insurance, social security, and IRAs. Recommended for those who are looking for sound yet simple, basic financial advice.

How can an ordinary individual become wealthy? All that's needed is time and a values-driven strategy. This doesn't focus on 'hot' funds or get-rich-quick schemes; but upon building wealth over time while staying happy with daily affairs. The focus on small investments in key manners enables even those with relatively little savings or income to make investments which will build. --
