Very Helpful for College Students with budgets,
By A Customer
This review is from: Money Management for College Students (Paperback)
Larry Burkett's Managing Money book was wonderfully helpful. I am a college student and was really struggling with budgeting my money. By using this book, I was able to really see how my money was being spent, ways to change my spending habits, and ways to be smart about the money I have. I would recommend this book to any college students, high school students, or young adults who are struggling with using their moeny wisely.

This was a shorter book than I expected it to be. But at the same time, it doesn't have to be an encyclopedia. Money management doesn't have to be difficult and that is something I definitely took from the book. I was thankful I read this in college so that I may learn good habits now. There was relevant information for everyone in this book, and it's never too late to have a better tomorrow...in every and all ways but especially debt and money.

Money management from a Christian perspective,
By
This review is from: Money Management for College Students (Paperback)
An important fact to note about the author is that he is the "founder and president of Christian Financial Concepts, Inc., a ministry dedicated to teaching God's priniciples of financial management." (from the back cover) This doesn't affect the quality of his advice, but it may affect whether you buy this book as gift for someone else who may be an atheist or follow a religion other than Christianity.
