received the first tree withered. We had quite a cold spell and it did not survive the shipping. Contacted the business and they sent another. Thankful for good, prompt customer service

the plant was shipped promptly with excellent packing and is just as described very full of healthy appearing leaves best of all my cats have sniffed it and not found it edible

I bought this tree last year to honor my daughters birth. When I recieved it in the mail, It was in good green condition and looked very healthy BUT it was tiny, it had one half inch leaf growing from the tiny stem. I thought "this thing will take forever to grow!" But I stuck it on an end table by a window and watered it about once every week and half to two weeks, I am absolutely amazed at how huge this tree has gotten! It's healthier than I ever though, It has probably 75 leaves on it and it approx. 2 feet tall. Which is great for what I had gotten. So, yes my inital impression of the company and tree was not too great but now here I am ordering my second tree for my brother for his 1st daughter as well. These trees have an amzing growing quality. I am not a huge green thumb person or anything, I simply watered it and stuck it by a window..I would 100% reccommend this company.

My daughter (7yo) wanted a little tree for her room. We thought this one had the best combination of hardiness, size, smile appeal, and ease of care. We were a little concerned based on past reviews about how healthy the plant would be when it arrived. I'm happy to say, the tree was/is healthy, packed well, and exactly as described. My daughter named it "Lucky". Seems like a good value.

Purchased a couple of trees (about 9' in height) and recieved them very quicky!!!!! Nice full green leaves, very happy with purchase!!

I ordered 2 of these. They arrived 4 days after I placed the order, which is the fastest I've ever received anything (that was with standard shipping as well). I should have paid more attention to the pot the seller was sending them in. It's nothing more than a flimsy container. I will be going to the store to buy new pots for them today. The plants arrived in great condition, they look awesome. I would totally order this item again.

I have several plants of all kinds. Plant did well for about a month or two then two out of the five braids died. It looks pretty sparse with part of the braid missing. Never has flourished. Rather dissappointed.

The tree was delivered in perfect condition. I have had it for almost 2 months and it is wonderful!! I couldn't be any more satisfied. What a fantastic plant! I also purchased a olive tree, it is also very healthy. They were both better than I expected.
