Although her interest in financial literacy flourished in college, she noticed many young adults were falling between the cracks when it came to managing their own money after college. In addition, she understands young adult's need of feeling empowered when making their own decisions. Many young adults don't like being told what they have to do. She understands all to well the apprehensiveness of young adults when told what they have to do. Furthermore, she has seen how people in her generation are getting more and more interested in their own finances, but don't know where to begin. Ornella Grosz understands that as long as young adults have gathered the proper information, they will be well equipped to make an informed decision on their own.

For the past 6 years, she has been working in the financial industry. She holds a BS in Finance from California State University of Northridge. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great finance book, I LOVED it. July 20, 2011
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased "Moneylicious" and have been reading it for the past few days. This but has quickly become a favorite in my collection. I am in my late 20's and not someone who is very interested in finance but I wanted a "reader-friendly" book that would help me navigate finance as I get into my 30's and plan to buy a house, pay off some loans, etc. Ornella's approach is perfect for someone like me or even someone more interested in finance. It is a very fun read and is applicable to today's world. She uses clear terms that are easy to follow and gives great tips to really keep your financial portfolio in check. I would strongly suggest this book to ANYONE. As much as some of us try to run away from the world of finance this book is necessary to ensure we are doing what's best with the money we all work so hard for. Go pick up a copy of this book I can't speak highly enough about it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book January 30, 2011
By Jarryd
Format:Paperback
This is a must buy book for everyone. As a young man just starting my career, I found this book very helpful in learning about saving money and preparing for the future. I found this book very easy to read, which was very helpful to me because I'm not a big fan of reading. The way the book was written made me just want to keep reading, which was good because I usually get bored. I recommend this book for anyone, because it is full of information. I really think that people just finishing college or starting their career's, really young people in general should have this book in their collection. I would like to thank the author for writing this amazing book.
