5.0 out of 5 stars Think rich! Get rich!, March 17, 2000

This review is from: Moneylove: How to Get the Money You Deserve for Whatever You Want (Paperback)
I read this book when I was down and out, desperate for guidance on how to handle money. Not only did it turn me around 180 degrees, but since I read Tarot cards and often people come to me with financial problems, I often recommend this book to my clients. I was amazed that it is out of print since everyone should read this book. Jerry Gillies lays out the fundamental reasons why people are stuck in "Poverty Consciousness", and what to do about it. I have been using the principles outlined in this book for many years, and I can truly say they work. The bottom line is: whatever you think about money is taken as the literal truth by your subconscious and it acts as the captain of your trip through life. So if you tell the Captain to steer you down poverty lane because you can't afford anything--well, duh? Quess what? You wind up not being able to afford anything. It is simple and easy to understand the basics as Mr. Gillies lays them out in this book. Warner Books should seriously think about printing another issue for all of us. Happy reading...

5.0 out of 5 stars Prosperity is on the way!, July 11, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Moneylove: How to Get the Money You Deserve for Whatever You Want (Paperback)
This is one of those books that can change everything you have ever believed about something. In this case, money. Mr. Gillies takes all the "evil" out of money and puts the whole concept of it back into perspective. Are you tired of not having enough money to make it from one paycheck to the next? More importantly, are you wishing for extra money to take trips, buy a home, or give to your favorite charities and friends? Then take a look at this book. With the right attitude, there is no reason that the energy we call money can't be in your life, too. There is PLENTY for everyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars I LOVED THIS BOOK, March 24, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Moneylove: How to Get the Money You Deserve for Whatever You Want (Paperback)
When I found out this book was out of print I felt very fortunate to know that I'd bought and read it. I bought it from a thrift store for 10 cents and put off reading it for a long time due to spiritual connotations (the love of money is the root of all evil). This book puts that concept to rest. It's not a lengthy book, rather, just the right length. I read every self-improvement and wealth-building book I can get my hands on. Again, if prosperity thinking is your bag, look for this book.
