After reading many concerns about the shipping and condition of the box and bike in other reviews, I was pleased to see box fully intact. Upon opening the box carefully, I proceeded to drop the handlebars and break the front reflector-oops. Bike came packaged well and in pristine condition. Short assembly time and a few minor adjustments and 9-year old is off and riding. Love the colors, pegs, and grippy tires. After a month of hard riding, bike is holding up well - no complaints!
