I bought these skates for my 6 year old daughter and she loves them! I checked out alot of skates before I made my decision to buy these. I went with the Mongoose skates because they have good bearings, 70mm wheels, which are a great size for beginners, they have two straps and laces for support, they adjust 4 sizes so my daughter won't grow out of them very soon, they look good and the price was great. I was a little skeptical to buy without looking at them first but I am happy with them and so is my daughter. They are comfy, have good support and are well made.

I ordered these for my third grader for Christmas. We've had adjustable rollerblades before and they are always a little plastic-y and temporary-looking, but these are beautiful! Very sturdy, flexible boot, and quality wheels that roll smoothly. They adjust from size 5-8 so they will last for years. And they are feminine and pretty without being pink and princessy. Just perfect! My daughter absolutely loves them, and I'm very impressed with what a good value these skates are.

We purchased a pair of Mongoose skates for our granddaughter when she was 5 years old. We purchased these skates when recommended by a parent of another young child at the skating rink. My granddaughter LOVES these skates. She has improved in her skating abiilty immensely since using these skates versus the rental skates at the rink. Also, the skating rink sold another brand of skate for almost twice the price. We had her give the higher priced skates a test run and offered to buy those for her if she liked them better. She liked the Mongoose skates better!!! The people at the skating rink said that the Mongoose skate does have a higher quality wheel bearing than some skates on the market, which makes all the difference when skating. Anyway, I wanted to let other parents know that my granddaughter has now had these skates for OVER A YEAR and she puts them on all of the time and skates all over the house and we go skating fairly regularly at the local rink. We have gotten our money's worth and lots of FUN out of these skates! She is learning to skate backwards in them now! I think they are a GREAT product at a GREAT price! I am buying a second pair for my younger granddaughter who is turning 5. :)

The product got delivered before the expected delivery date at the time of ordering and arrived in excellant condition. My daughter enjoys these skates and she says they are very comfortable and fit well

This is the best inline skate for kids at any price. This skate has an aluminum frame and ABEC-7 bearings. There are adult skates that can't boast those features.
Rollerblade and K2 have kids models that have composite frames and lower grade bearings at double the price.
Now if the snow and ice in NYC will just melt, I can take my daughter to the park and we can try these out.

These skates are really nice, and my 7 year old daughter loves them. They are smooth and skate well. The size I got for here was 1-4. She is a shoe size of about 1. I had to adjust the skates to a size 3 so she may not have them for as long as I was hoping. But other then that, they are great.

Got these as a gift for my 11 year old daughter. She says there very comfortable, they feel lightweight. Made well, and being that they adjust four sizes she will have them for a long time to come.

I bought these skates for my granddaughter based on the great reviews this item received on Amazon. She has used these skates less than 10 times and already they are falling apart. The stitching for the tongue is unraveling and the actual shoe part itself is coming off! I have since looked at other reviews on different sites and this has happened before. I see this item is not available and may not be coming back...............I can see why!

I bought these for my 9 year old daughter. She wears about a size 1 to a 1-1/2 shoe. They seem to be made well and the wheels aren't cheap plastic. They're slightly rubbery.They are supposed to be adjustable up to I think a size 4. Anyway, she hasn't used them very much yet, but I'm sure she will once the weather improves. These are nice looking skates and do not look cheapy like some of the other roller blades.

I purchased these skates for my 11-year old daughter. I was worried that they would be too small - but they not only fit great but are adjustable so she can grow into them some more for at least a few more years. My daughter is a very agile skater and quite experienced. She absolutely loved these skates. She has regular roller skates, ice skates, and now these in-line skates. These in-line skates are now her favorite. I'm her hero. And we are all happy. Highly recommended.
